Huntley Cartwright was established in 1985 and today our complement of staff includes; Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Employers Agent and Principal Designers / CDM Advisors. The professional services offered by the Practice include Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Consultancy, Project Management, Principal Designer / CDM Advisors and Expert Services.
Huntley Cartwright is a professional organisation and within our team are members and fellows of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The Chartered Institute of Building, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Expert Witness Institute and The Association for Project Safety.
The Practice is soundly based and has maintained a steady growth since its inception. Our office is in Caterham, Surrey with staff located throughout Kent, Surrey and South London.
The Practice has a broad portfolio of experience across a range of sectors including leisure; residential; education; heritage; retail; commercial and health care sectors.
The structure of the Practice allows us to offer Partner involvement on all projects throughout the duration of our appointment. All projects have a Partner in charge who takes ownership and responsibility for the services provided. We pride ourselves on the availability of our Partners and support team to provide our Clients with a first class service. The quality of our service results in a high level of repeat business.

Huntley Cartwright are committed to the employment of suitable local candidates, who are interested in a Quantity Surveying career. Huntley Cartwright has embraced the employment of students and have a sponsored University part time degree study and RICS qualification training scheme in place, which targets local schools and colleges including attending careers events. Currently we have 6 junior staff members following a part time degree course and 3 of these students are pursuing an Apprentice route to Assoc RICS and hopefully MRICS.
