The shop buys gold and silver and they also repair most clocks and jewellery, as well as re-threading beads and pearls and engraving by machine or by hand.
JJ Browne & Son also offer a valuation service for either insurance or probate. Valuations for insurance purposes are charged on a per item basis at £20, which usually takes around 10 days.
JJ Browne & Son can service all makes of watches, including Rolex, Cartier and Omega and they can fit batteries to most makes of watches and can re-seal the case if required, usually within 10-14 days.
