Specsavers
While Specsavers is a trusted national brand, each of its shops is run on a partnership basis. Specsvaers Caterham Valley is run by business partners Sundip Patel and Jay Patel.
As well as offering eye tests and selling glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses, they also have high tech equipment which can spot the early signs of eye diseases, such as glaucoma and macular degeneration, and serious problems like retinal detachments.
They have also introduced hearings tests and have an audiologist based on-site twice a week, which has been very popular.
They are open seven days a week and have a team of 15 staff (full and part-time), so you can usually get a same-day appointment if you suddenly find yourself with a spare half hour or a free lunch break and in need of an eye test!

Specsaver Caterham Valley stocks a huge range of frames from top deigners including Hugo Boss, Kenzo, Karen Millen, Timberland, Roxy, Tommy Hilfiger, Converse, Diesel, Superdry and Balmain, to name a few.
