TDC Update: Croydon Road works stop over festive period

Over the Christmas holidays the work on Croydon Road, Caterham, being carried out by Walker Construction, will stop.

The last day of work by will be Wednesday 18 December 2024, with work starting again on Thursday 2 January 2025. During this time, the site will be closed and no construction work will take place.

To minimise disruption, the traffic lights will be removed and the pedestrian crossing will be open while the site is closed. Some barriers and fencing will stay in place to keep the public and the site safe, but these will be kept to a minimum. Before the site closes on 18 December, the team will make sure all barriers are secure.

If there are any issues during the closure, please use the emergency contact numbers on the boards at both ends of the work site or call the numbers below. Someone will be available to attend any issues.
