Dementia Action Week in Caterham Valley
This week (13-19th May) marks Dementia Action Week which aims to raise awareness by bringing the UK together to take action and improve dementia diagnosis rates. With Dementia effecting 1 in 11 people over the age of 65 in the UK (NHS), Right At Home are organising various activities which are happening in the Valley and open for everyone to attend:
Dementia Friends Awareness session Mon 13th May @ 6pm
Free training to give you understanding and awareness about Dementia including advise on lowering risk of symptoms.

Dementia Drop in day Tues 14th May from 11:00 – 4pm
Pop in have a cup of coffee to discuss and obtain information about Dementia and a chance to speak with a Dementia advisor.

Dementia Information Table Wed 15th May from 12:00 – 2pm
Pick up information about Dementia.
