Huntley Cartwright was established in 1985 and today their complement of staff includes: Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Employers Agent and Principal Designers / CDM Advisors.

Huntley Cartwright is a professional organisation and within their team are members and fellows of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The Chartered Institute of Building, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Expert Witness Institute and The Association for Project Safety.

The practice is soundly based and has maintained a steady growth since its inception. Huntley Cartwright’s office is in Caterham, Surrey with staff located throughout Kent, Surrey and South London.

The practice has a broad portfolio of experience across a range of sectors including leisure; residential; education; heritage; retail; commercial and health care sectors.

Huntley Cartwright has embraced the employment of students and have a sponsored University part time degree study and RICS qualification training scheme in place, which targets local schools and colleges including attending careers events.

Currently they have six junior staff members following a part time degree course and three of these students are pursuing an apprentice route to Assoc RICS and hopefully MRICS.
