Balti is a pan shaped like a wok which is made of cast iron known as a “Karahi”, originating from Pakistan although modern varieties now come in a various selection of metals. The essence of Balti Cuisine is in the speed of cooking.
The types of food cooked in Balti are very exotic, drawing influences from the Indian sub-continent and now Britain contributes its own style.
We use fresh vegetables, herbs and spices together with the finest cuts of meat, poultry and seafood to provide exceptional quality foods.
