Shopkeepers and business owners in Caterham Valley have come together to put the ‘happy’ back into Christmas with a festive song this year.
They have stepped outside their comfort zones, and pulled on their festive jumpers and party hats to sing a reworded version of the popular Twelve Days of Christmas song.
In the film, recorded before the November lockdown, each of the traders sings a reworded verse of the well-known song while showcasing an item from their shop.
They are joined by a virtual choir of members of the Caterham BID (known as Caterham Valley for You) board who parody the legendary ‘floating heads’ scene from Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody.
We wish you all a Valley Happy Christmas, and thank you all for your incredible support this year.
