Spellbinding Fun This Halloween | Free Family Fun
The season is upon us and Halloween is just around the corner. Wendy the Witch has crafted a magical trail through the enchanted town of Caterham Valley, leading to this year’s Halloween party.
Join us on Saturday 26th October or Thursday 31st October, to help Wendy the Witch find the ingredients for her magic potion. Find all the ingredients hidden around town and bring them to the party as she casts her spell.
The trail is filled with delightful surprises, tasty treats and mysterious clues to follow. Plus, everyone taking part in the trail has a chance to win magical prizes, along with one lucky winner of our special colouring competition.
Our Halloween Trail is designed for primary and junior school-aged children. You can pick up your Trail Sheets at the Church Walk Shopping Centre (near Morrisons) between 10am and 3pm on both days. Meet Wendy the Witch, who will tell you all about the trail and will share details about the party.
Don’t forget to get dressed up, have fun and share your spooky selfies with us on Facebook and Instagram.
See you there, little spooks!

Terms & Conditions
The Halloween Trail will run from 10am – 3pm on Saturday 26th and Thursday 31st October and is designed for primary and junior school aged children. The start is located in Church Walk Shopping Centre (located near to Morrissons) where you will meet Wendy the Witch who will offer tips on how to complete the Trail. We recommend you set out on the Trail by 3pm to ensure you enjoy the full experience. When you have completed the Trail, please hand in your completed sheet for the chance to win a voucher from a local business. Two lucky winners will be drawn at random and will be notified by Friday, 3rd November.
Parents and Carers
We want everyone to stay safe whilst having fun on our Halloween Trail, so please ensure children are closely supervised at all times, especially at road crossings. All children must be accompanied on the trail by an adult. Whilst every effort has been made to minimise allergens in our ‘sweet treats’, it remains the responsibility of supervising adults to check contents and to be cautious of choking hazards. All clues will be displayed in shop windows, so you won’t need to search inside business premises. You are welcome to enter the designated ’choc stops’ en route. Have fun!
