Surrey Strength and Performance (SSP)
Surrey Strength & Performance (SSP) is a members only personal training facility in Caterham, Surrey.
Opened in October 2017, they specialise in one-on-one personal training, small group personal training and strength and conditioning.
From their gym in the basement below the Moda Furnishings shop in Caterham Valley, their highly experienced team of coaches use science driven methods to train everyone from normal people to elite athletes.
Owner and strength and conditioning coach, Daniel Iaciofano, has been in the fitness industry for more than 10 years and in that time he has worked with everyone from English boxing champions and Olympians to office workers looking to improve their fitness for big events.
The newest member of the SSP team is Richard Tucker, a sports nutritionist who has worked with the likes of the Portuguese Rugby Federation, London Scottish Rugby, Exeter Chiefs and Auckland Rugby Union and Blues Super Rugby franchise in New Zealand.
SSP has been designed from the ground up to be client focused, with an emphasis on coaching quality.
Every session at SSP has a client to coach ratio of 3:1 for strength classes or 6:1 for HIIT/Cardio basis, with one-on-one sessions always available.
